Sovran Shopping Club Launch
Now is an exciting and pivotal time for Sovran and its mission to provide a new generation of eCommerce for Merchants and Members worldwide. On March 11th, the Sovran Shopping Club will debut its live Network to early access Members. There are so many opportunities to participate in the various programs that Sovran Shopping Club offers, and they are as follows:
The Sovran Shopping Club is a next-generation eCommerce solution Powered by the Sovran Network that merges buyers and sellers to exchange goods and services using Sovran Club Coins (SVC). By joining the Club, Merchants can save up to 25% or more on Merchant fees.
These savings are used to offer significant discounts to their respective Club Member Customers, providing unprecedented value in digital barter services. The Club also offers a dynamic Rewards Referral Program and Access to valuable Club Token Rewards (SSC).
There are three different types of Membership opportunities to earn and save with the Sovran Shopping Club, and they are as follows:
SSC Member Account
The Sovran Shopping Club is the very first of its kind digital barter network that provides valuable savings to Club Merchants and the Club’s Members that purchase from them. Because the Shopping Club utilizes the Power of the Sovran Network, it means that Merchants save considerable fees on their transactions and chargebacks.
All or a portion of these savings allow the Club’s Merchants to carry these savings over to their Shopping Club customers providing discounts using Shopping Club Coins (SVC).
SSC Token Rewards
The first reward model for active members is access to Sovran Token Rewards purchased with a recurring monthly deposit of $100.00 USD into their Shopping Club Account. This $100 is deposited into a Member’s fund account at a ratio of 75% in Shopping Club Coins (SVC) and 25% in Shopping Club Tokens (SSC).
Sovran Shopping Club Tokens (SSC) are valuable reward assets for the Sovran Shopping Club and also go simply by the name of Club Tokens. SSC tokens begin with a value of 0.25:1 SVC or ¼ of 1 SVC. When you become an Active Member of the Sovran Shopping Club, you maintain a recurring monthly balance of $100 USD transferred into Sovran Digital assets in the form of 75% SVC and 25% SSC. This 25% of allocated SSC begins to grow the total value of SSC tokens over time.
*Please note that SSC tokens must remain in a new member account for a minimum of one year following the initial purchase of SSC tokens.
Club Coins (SVC) is a Members Shopping Currency and can be used to spend anyway they choose. They can spend these funds on Merchants of the Shopping Club, hold as a savings or use them to purchase other digital assets. The remaining 75% in SVC Club Coins is used to purchase merchants’ goods and services inside the Sovran Shopping Club. The Merchant services for the Club will be available in Q1 of 2022. Until then, there will be a few initial merchants that Members of the Club can access until the Shopping Club’s complete release of merchants is available.

Shopping Club Residual Rewards Program
The second reward model the Sovran Shopping Club provides is a powerful referral platform to its members known as the Sovran Shopping Club Residual Rewards Program (RRP). Members can choose to refer as many Club Members as they wish, and there’s no limit to the number of members that they can sign up, along with the amount of SVC that they’re able to earn. As Active Members refer to other Active Members, the Shopping Club provides a lucrative rewards model that pays in valuable SVC Club Coins.

It is important to note that any Annual Membership, whether to become a Member, Merchant, or Merchant and Member of the Shopping Club, automatically gives access to a Sovran Network Account.

Once approved, you will be given login credentials and a Sovran User ID that will be your permanent user ID with the Sovran Network. SVN Tokens
SVN is the Master Digital Asset for the Sovran Network ecosystem. The total supply of SVN tokens is 100,000,000, and out of those, only 5% will be available to Members.
SVN Token Acquisition
An Active Member’s monthly account deposits of Shopping Club SVC can purchase SVN tokens for a limited time!
This offer will end on December 31st, 2022, or anytime before the remaining 5% of SVN tokens are purchased. After this, acquiring SVN will only be possible if existing SVN token holders sell their SVN back to the Sovran Network. SVN tokens will only then be available at the current market price, which will be a minimum of 25:1 or more.
